Effects of bad association
There was a farmer. A large flock of crows used to visit that farmer's field every day. Those crows used to destroy the crops in the fields. Due to this, the farmer suffered a lot. Farmers once decided to teach them a lesson.
One day the farmer spread a net in the field. Put some grains on it. The crows saw the grain and came down to the field to eat the grain and got caught in the net. The farmer was happy to see all the crows trapped. He said, "You thieves, now you will be well punished." At this time he heard a strange sound. He was surprised.
When he looked carefully, he saw a pigeon stuck in the fire along with a crow.
The farmer said to the pigeon, "How did you join this gang? But now, whatever happens, I will not leave you. You will have to suffer the consequences of keeping bad company." So the farmers called their hunting dogs. The running dogs killed all the parties one by one.
Meaning: Do not keep bad company.
