Shravan baby
King Dasaratha of Ayodhya. He once went hunting. Walked all day. He got no prey. It's night. King Dasharatha sat on a tree. Waited for the hunter. There was a bubbling sound. Dasharatha released the arrow. A voice was heard saying, "I'm dead." King Dasharatha came down under the tree. Went to the pool. A boy was lying there. Dasharatha's arrow hit him. "Who are you, baby?" "My name is Shravan." "Why did you come here?" Shravan baby was dying. He hummed and said, “I am Shravan baby. My parents are old. are blind. We came from Kasiyatra. They were very thirsty. I came here to fetch water. But - alas! King, take this water. Give it to my parents. Say hello to them.” Shravan baby is gone.
Dasharatha continued. He started walking slowly. He went to where Shravan's parents were. Footsteps sounded. The old man said, “Have you come baby? why don't you talk are you angry How hard you work! How you serve us!” King Dasharatha said. “Mom, dad, drink this water first.” Hearing Dasaratha's voice, the old man was shocked, he said, “Who are you? Where is our baby?” ” I am King Dasharatha. The baby was killed by me.” As soon as they heard that, the two old men rushed to the ground. Mata Mata said, "King Dasharatha, you killed us!" As we are dying of grief for our son, you will die saying 'son son'. Taking the name of the child, Dasharatha returned to Ayodhya. He told Vasishtha Guruji. Vasistha said, “Okay. You didn't have a son, he will now. You sacrifice! Serve God! This curse will be a blessing to you.”
meaning
1) One should not do any work without looking at it, its consequences have to be suffered by oneself as well as others.
2) Be ready to face the punishment by confessing your mistakes, resolve not to do the same mistake again while serving the punishment.
